I have been a Glazer’s customer since 2009, and love that the business has adapted and grown as Seattle has. I miss visiting the store/taking classes in person as I have relocated, but am thankful to have access to them online. I appreciate having a family-owned place I trust to buy both new and used equipment (they have always shipped to me reliably in different locations). I am looking forward to attending some online workshops this year.

We had a few older Nikon cameras that we wanted to sell and Glazer’s was recommended to us. The store is huge and we were helped by a nice gentleman who was clearly very knowledgeable. We could probably could have gotten a better price but we just didn’t have the time nor enough knowledge to sell on marketplace. Overall great customer service.

Coming from a bad previous experience at another camera store I thought I would give Glazers a try. Fiona was amazing. greeted me right away and assisted me in looking into three different camera brands. She was very knowledgeable very professional and very patient. 30 minutes later. I found the perfect camera and the perfect lens. I am very excited to start taking pictures again. Thanks Fiona! I’ll definitely come in and ask for you when the sigma 16 to 300 comes out.by the way I never knew they do prints. Can’t wait to get some of my pictures printed out.

This is absolutely the best place to find great camera gear and meet with awesome staff. Been shopping here since the mid 1980’s and it’s always been a pleasure to be here. Love this place and the people who work here. Perfect experience buying a new camera today. Thanks for being awesome. Parking is super easy under the store. Turn down the alley between glazers and the trophy shop . It’s on the right

#1 camera shop on the west coast. I purchased my Canon 5Div, lenses, cards, and attachments here. A mecca for shutter bugs and video hounds... even if all you want to do is take a look at new gear. Lots of used stuff available. I have never had a problem here. eBay prices but 100% guaranteed quality. They take trade in gear as well.

I've purchased my last two cameras from Glazer's, a Canon EOS 90D, and an EOS R5 as well as several lenses and other gear. The staff has always been amazing. And here's a thing, I went in recently with the intention of trading up to a longer zoom. When I discussed the purchase and my needs with the salesmen he suggested against trading. Yeah, he could have pressed for a sale but instead he provided some honest feedback. That's amazing. I have also started using Glazer's lab for my analog work and I have been very pleased with the scans and the turnaround time.

Glazers is it…. They have everything you could possibly need. They do rentals and repairs as well. The pricing is always competitive. Recently I purchased a RF Canon lens from them and used Shop to check out. Shop put and adult signature required on the package for their insurance. I could not be home for the delivery and with that lock on it, I couldn’t change the delivery location to my office. Unable to have it held at a UPS hub. Could not change the delivery to a Saturday or leave a pre signed slip. It was horrible because we need the lens that weekend for a trip to see eagles. Ken helped me for over 45 minutes, 30 of which was after he had left and was driving home. Honestly, who would do this for their customer? Great staff of professionals. Thank you for all of your help getting me what I needed, not wanted. Buy directly through them and avoid using Shop for checking out on high dollar items.

Great turnaround times and excellent service. I first went in for their film development, and it truly lives up to the hype. They offer several options depending on what you’re looking for, and the staff is very friendly and helpful if you need guidance. They also provide many other services that I haven’t tried yet, but the place itself is impressive—three floors dedicated to photography and cameras services. It’s every film photography enthusiast’s dream, whether you’re a beginner or an expert. This has officially become my go-to spot for everything photography-related.

I come here all the time for gear, repairs, and rentals. I just had to make a huge kit upgrade from dslr to mirrorless. The sales associate Noah was so helpful and knowledgeable, as well as very patient with the long list of questions I had and items I was interested in. Big thank you to Noah for making that such a good experience! Due to their expertise I feel very confident in the setup I ended up with, will definitely be back!

Wow. Very impressed. I had a chance to hold the latest Fujifilm GFX with the 120mm, which is the only camera configuration I would consider upgrading. I also got to check out a lot of tripods and light stabilizers. A worthwhile experience for advanced photographers. Very clean layout and exceptionally friendly and informed staff.
